Being beautiful natural way

Heya there,

How are you? Hope today's fine, or at least you did have some fun even if today was supposed to be like- well, your bad day, perhaps. Life is like wheel, don't feed your sadness. Heal it with happiness. Well, find a way. I know you'll say, "Easy for you to say." But I can't help you. You have to help yourself.

And that bring us to the topic today, being beautiful, the natural way. The first key would definitely be to manage and minimize your stress level. Stress can messed up your hormones which usually affect your physical looks too. Number one enemy? Pimples popping up like it's having some kind of a party on your face. Thus, in order to beat this, get a hobby.

I can suggest some that I did randomly to fix my quick development of boredom of same routine. The hobbies that can be a good stress reliever, of course, from my point of view, are:-

#1 Personal diary aka Burn diary

Express yourself with either photos or words.

This is conservative, I know, but it's like the best and cheapest treatment ever. Although, I'd suggest you get a diary with lock if you tend to have bad choice of words when you are in rage and especially of you have the habit to put things randomly and then forgot where you'd put it. Yup, it's safer that way. At least, there's an effort to protect it. Anyway, write exactly what you feel. Pen it up, you'll notice the feeling will subsides slowly as you write. If you ever feel like not wanting to show anyone. Burn it or cut it or soak it into water or something, though I'd recommend burning it to ashes. Your call, my friends.

#2 Drawing/Sketch/Painting blocks or book

Abstract painting, have fun playing colours!

My favourite tool of self-expression, or so what I called it. This is more fun if you're into abstract drawings and paintings. Just go ahead and draw what pissed you off the most and you can even  hang it on your wall of rage and the person wouldn't know a thing if it was about him or her. Like some sort of mystery, uninterpretable drawings. Now that's a masterpiece in its own way.

#3 Exercise or martial arts

Beware, kitty, Imma 'bout to kick ya. Fight like a cat.

Try and go exercising when you're having a bad day, it usually will improve your day, well, at least your emotions and spiritual energy. By exercising, a hormone called endorphin will be released. But we do have other ways which stimulate endorphin secretion. Activities such as acupuncture, therapy and a habit in meditation can help boost the release of endorphin hormones.

#4 Face it without expectation

This is specially for those "challenge accepted" people. When you tend to expect more, you are likely to be more frustratedly disappointed when things don't work out the way you want it to. So, this is basically a psychology thing, in order to avoid disappointment, avoid hoping for the super awesome execution. Try and set a reasonable and considerably executable goal. Don't push yourself too hard. Challenging self limit is cool but it isn't when it breaks your spirit. Only apply when you think you can handle it well or at least not too bad. Preparation is not only physically, you need mental prep too. Be ready with all the possibilities and you're good to go!

Can we not go to Math. please?
#5 Dance to the musics

Okay, this one is my latest favourite. I was such a lazy bump back then even the thought of getting up to dance made my brain send a signal, warning = "Tedious" = Mission abort. Yes, it does, but then I'll feel really horrible during the day. I tried experimenting it one off day. It really charged up my energy to stay active during the day. Even my emotion is in check. Why don't you give it a try and let me know if it gives any impact throughout your day. My current must-have songs. What's your favourite songs to dance to?

Quite a long list, it's good. You'd be dancing for 1 hour before you even realize it.

Anyway, that's all for now. I may update this post if old friend called Memory come back to my mind.

No worries, be happy.

Smile and just do it,
Mocha
